Lyn has linked to her xanga site so you can all (Tim) see Lyn's 4 pieces she brought home. I didn't realize Lyn had talent until her junior year of high school. Her first self portrait blew me away. This one is even better. Yes, you would recognize her in the street from this portrait even though it is in "chunks."

Hi Lyn, I really like the richness of your blacks in the self portrait in different mediums. That sounds like a fun project. Try finishing the project by mounting in on gator board and using a 1" black frame set off about an inch from the painting. You can get gator board in 4'x8' pieces in white or brown.

Oh my goodness! Twenty years! How can you still be in Group 2 and have a twenty year old daughter? Heading to look at the photos right now.
